The vernissage at the Museum Harbour Kappeln in 2019 marked the high point of this early phase, at a time when my role as an artist was still developing. Ringholm was followed by a conscious retreat. The pandemic, the completion of my training and the desire for clarity of content led to a phase of deliberate reduction of external influences. The aim was to develop a sustainable artistic attitude. This phase of deepening, which lasted several years, was characterised by intensive engagement with a wide variety of topics and systematic further development. At the same time, my leitmotif ‘Protect Your Child and Change the World’ was further elaborated. My art follows its own structure, from the inner child to the question of the creative responsibility of art. I understand my art as an individual, independent perspective and at the same time as an invitation to encounter oneself.
