Becoming whole
"The more diverse our counterparts are, the clearer we see who we want to be ourselves."
Our identity is formed during childhood. It should be allowed to develop freely and build a wide range of skills.
Through active, conscious engagement with ourselves and our environment, we acquire skills that help us to become authentic and self-confident.
This inner richness enables new forms of coexistence. In a diverse society, there are more opportunities to question and rediscover our identity.
An authentic self connects us with others. In encounters with others, we can discover commonalities.
Consciously engaging with one's own identity requires the courage to leave familiar paths and the will to develop further.

Friend:
“Darling, look what I found in the letterbox. A note saying that we should please be so kind as to put some clothes on our red lady – she must be cold. There’s a little heart and a smiley face underneath. It’s interesting – people are moving the dolls around, putting them in the front garden, and now this note. It’s quite impressive, the effect these dolls have on people.”
Angelique:
“Art has an effect on people! My mum told me that Ingo and Mare von Ringholm are also very popular. People climb onto the boat to take photos with the dolls. We’ve been wondering why that is too?!”
